Hello everyone!

We're delighted to share that a range of FREE community health and support services will be visiting local Surgery across Rutland during September and October 2026.

Whether you're looking for health and wellbeing support, community care information, or independent advocacy, these drop-in sessions are open to everyone.

All sessions run from 10:00am to 2:00pm

Saturday 26th September 2026 - Oakham Medical Practice
Living Well Rutland Support and guidance to help improve your health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Saturday 3rd October 2026 - Empingham Medical Centre
Shared Lives A unique and rewarding form of community care that matches adults needing support with local carers who welcome them into their homes and everyday lives.

Saturday 17th October 2026 - Uppingham Surgery
Lamp Advocacy • Listening to your wants, needs, and wishes
• Helping identify issues important to you
• Supporting informed decisions about your care
• Empowering you to have your voice heard

Living Well Rutland will also be available to provide support and guidance with health and wellbeing.

How to Access These Services • No appointment necessary
• Simply drop in during the advertised times
• Free and confidential support for all
