So tonight at The Phoenix Spiritual Centre in Chadwell Heath, this will be my last service/demonstration of Mediumship until September.

I whole heartedly apologise to those centres and churches that I have had to cancel with, however everyone involved has shown such understanding, love and support - for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you all so much.

I will be focusing my energy on helping and supporting my amazing Mum as she fights cancer. To say I am immensely proud of her is an understatement. All healing, prayers and positive thoughts for Mums recovery are gratefully received. Again, thank you all so much.

Thank you so much to everyone for your support!!! We only went and completed the London to Brighton Bike Ride for The British Heart Foundation!!!

It was hot…. It was difficult and there were a couple of moments where I could quite happily stop and go home… but thanks to Mel Newing Art and the team I was with and my friends, they convinced me not to give up!!

54 miles, a lot of sun, tears and laughter… WE DID IT!!!

So we have arrived in Brighton ahead of the London to Brighton bike ride tomorrow to drop off the car so we can get back home tomorrow night!

Am beginning to get sooooo nervous now! Especially having just gone passed the “50 Mile” sign…. 🫣 At that point we will have the final 4 to go!

I am riding with THE best team ever who encourage me and push me in the best way possible! Thanks guys and gal! You know who you are!
