My name is Nadjeschda Schaefer and I am a professional Soft tissue/Sports and Remedial Massage therapist based in Devon. I qualified with a level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2018 and i am a full member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM). I have also successfully completed the level one and the advanced courses in FMT taping wi

th Rocktape. Alongside massage I am a trained Dancer and graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a BA(HONS) in Contemporary Dance in 2015. I really enjoy working with the body in both dance and massage contexts and i am passionate about enabling my client's body to function to the best of its ability. I enjoy working with a variety of people and my favourite thing about being a therapist is really being able to help people and work through any issues together.This is not just beneficial for the athlete or sports enthusiast, but also for anyone suffering with muscular aches and pains or general stress.
