Appointments during the day don’t work for everybody.

We work collaboratively with GP practices and Primary Care Networks across the East Riding of Yorkshire and Venn PCN in Hull to provide additional access to appointments in the evenings and weekends.

To make an appointment:
- contact your registered GP practice and ask for an Enhanced Access appointment.
- contact the Beverley HUB on 01482 458 262* to book directly.

*The Beverley HUB is open Fridays 6.30pm-8pm & Saturdays 9am-5pm.

The recent Lungevity programme in Driffield has been a great success!

✅ 100% reported enjoying the scheme
✅ 100% felt more confident
✅ 86% had improved over health & wellbeing
✅ 100% felt self-esteem had improved
✅ 86% now have more tools to enable them to stay healthy & active with a lung condition

We would like to say a huge thank you to Rosy for all the support she has given to the participants in Driffield. The support Rosy provided throughout meant the participants felt able and confident to attend the course. 👏

- Gilberdyke Health Centre
- Howden Medical Centre
- Hessle Grange Medical Centre
- Church View Surgery, Hedon

This gives you the choice of attending an appointment at any of the 4 clinic locations after you have been referred into the service!

Any patient registered in the East Riding of Yorkshire can be referred into this service by their registered GP practice.
