Kinwood Care Limited is an ambitious and growing specialist provider of residential care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

As we continue to expand our services, we are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead one of our specialist residential services in the Wakefield area.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality and performance of the service, ensuring it consistently delivers safe, effective and person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
You will lead, develop and inspire your team while maintaining excellent relationships with the people we support, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strong day-to-day leadership of the service.
* Maintaining full CQC compliance and driving continuous quality improvement.
* Leading audits, governance and quality assurance processes.
* Managing recruitment, supervision, appraisal and development of staff.
* Ensuring safe staffing, effective rota management and budget oversight.
* Working closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of Kinwood Care.
* Promoting positive outcomes, independence and quality of life for the people we support.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for registration.
* A thorough understanding of CQC regulations, governance and compliance.
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete if required).
* A full UK driving licence.
