We did it! Β£5000 raised for the epic walk! Thank you thank you.....

Now for my personal challenge!

I'm asking for a few donations to raise money for the Ionian Environment Foundation....not Ionian Sea Trust πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ. On the 12th September I will be swimming across the Ionain Sea fro..Albania and landing in Corfu. I'm so excited it's going to be an amazing experience and I'm proud to be raising money for another amazing cause.

I'm keeping the same fundraiser open.... go go go. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈ

Wow.....what can I say.
What a journey.
What a Rollercoaster of a ride.

I can't believe my little legs carried me and my gear all that way. I have pushed myself to the absolute extremes and here I am at the end! I thought I'd bail on Day 3 πŸ˜‚

I have no words right now but I will!

From us.....
Thank you to all those who have sent messages of support, all those who donated and/or shared the fundraiser...... It's still going and we'd love to hit target πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ so if you haven't yet and have any pennies to spare for Alzheimer’s Research UK and Refugee Community Kitchen the link is in my bio.

We are tired, sore, tanned, hungry and on our way home! Big Love Hannah and Darren 😘😘

We came out of Plymouth...new shoes for me and bellies full...thanks Weatherspoons. Another day of fog and then the skies cleared. Ayrmer cove we will be back πŸ₯°....Stairhole Headland was a scary night. The winds picked up when the forecast was for light winds. We spent 2 hours holding the tent up from 2 til 4am.... not ideal at all. But we survived. πŸŒͺπŸŒͺπŸŒͺπŸŒͺπŸ™„

Days and days of the thickest sea fog which took away our views as we spent the last few days in Cornwall. ☁️☁️☁️Visibility was, at stages, only a few metres ahead and though you could hear the sea you could not see it. The mist drenched us for days....and my shoes definitely gave up. Weird writing this as I'm sweating from every pore as we endure the heatwave πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅
