Continuity changes the quality of the work.
When sessions are too separate, it can feel like starting again each time.
The thread is picked up, then put down.
Progress happens, but it can be difficult for the deeper pattern to fully settle.
With consistency, something different becomes possible.
The relationship develops.
The pattern becomes clearer.
The work has more room to unfold.
In my work, continuity is part of the structure.
It allows what is emerging to be followed through properly, rather than repeatedly interrupted.
Over time, that consistency can help people feel safer in the process and more able to stay with what is coming up.
That is often where deeper change begins.
Not through force.
Not through urgency.
But through enough steadiness for things to finally settle.
If this describes the kind of support you feel has been missing, it may be worth considering a more continuous way of working.
