All great healers have also walked through the long dark night of the soul

Broke free from trauma and also in my case addiction, which lead me to the jungle and my calling into the Shamanic, Energetcial and Spiritual healing world of which I’m eternally humbled and grateful for everyday

As I continue down my journey as a forever student to the plants, nature and God I’m privileged and honoured to all those I’ve been able to help and heal along the way

Wow what a morning man !!! 😍😍

Free little shamanic sound gathering to celebrate the summer solstice for my believe to heal beauties

Settling in around the fire, bringing our attention to the breath before setting intentions into the amazing plant medicine of my master teacher plant Noya Rao

Lying back with the sound of the sea, shamanic shipibo icaros and a sprinkle of sound therapy before making our way into the fresh, North Sea as the beautiful soltice sunrise made its way up from the horizon

Finished of getting warmed and dancing round the fire to some quality Tuuuunes and snacking on delicious fruit

Thank you all for coming , bringing your energy and sharing the the enlightened magic of my Noya Rao , humbled greatful and blessed by you all

As promised, a collection of photos of our Women's Spring Wellbeing Day from the talented Dan Lake who has captured the beauty of the day perfectly!

The ladies started the day off on a foraging walk with Paula from Wonderful Weeds where they explored the bounty of Porlock Community Gardens, drank Birch sap, tasted turky tail mushrooms and gathered wild garlic, mustard and nettles to make the most delicious, fresh pesto I have ever tasted! The group used all of their senses to immerse themselves in nature and learned so much from Paula about the wild flora we have to forage in South Tyneside.

This led perfectly on to the Williby Roc's CIC - Eco Creations session in the garden where we gathered round the campfire for some fine outdoor dining - fresh hand gathered pesto, spread on sourdough bread, dipped in homemade Nana's Magic Soup cooked on the fire. We shared stories, laughter and gorgeous food together before getting our hands stuck into some nature crafts. The group decorated planters to take home their own little piece of nature and used foraged sticks and flowers to create beautiful hanging stars.

The ladies then headed indoors for a soothing Shamanic sound journey with Emily from R.E.C Therapies where they embraced stillness, connected to their heart centre and welcomed in the calming sounds of Amazonian icaros and high vibrational frequencies of the instruments encased in Soma Breath work guided by Emily.

This was a loving collaboration between local organisations to embrace community and the simple things in life, create space for calm, peace and connection to nature and the people around us.

Huge thanks to who came along and helped make the day as wonderful as what it was and to Bilton Hall Community Trust and Northern Gas Networks who funded the whole event, making it possible for everyone in the community to get involved.

More events will be running over the summer so keep your eyes peeled for those 💜🙏🏻
