Found what I thought was an Adidas set on Vinted.
It arrived...

TWO STRIPES. 😭🤣

I've officially been scammed by the Aldi version of Adidas.

Moral of the story? Maybe I should've looked a little closer before getting excited. 😂

Sometimes, life has a way of making you stop and pay attention.

I came across something that spoke about a family dynamic needing to change. At the time, I didn't fully understand it.

Over the last week, my world has completely shifted. I've been by my mam's side every day, helping her through the hardest time of our lives. Now she's moving into rehabilitation, surrounded by the professionals she needs to continue her recovery.

Whether you see these moments as intuition, coincidence, or something more, this one made me pause.

Sometimes we're asked to let go of the roles we've been holding so tightly, not because we don't care, but because healing requires us to trust the next step.

I'd love to know... have you ever experienced something that felt too perfectly timed to ignore?

You can sage your house, chant your mantras, and nail every mudra and still treat people like crap.

Spirituality isn't a personality. It's not a shield. It's not a free pass.

The work looks like "I was wrong," "I'm sorry," "I'll do better."

That's shadow work. But if you made it to the end and touched that last finger... Congrats.

You're still not evolved. Kindness is the practice. Accountability is the magic.
