We are pleased to share our Friends & Family Test for May 2026.

We always read every comment and are pleased our patients are honest with us.

With that in mind, we have listened to you all and are now offering MORE face to face appointments with our partner and salaried GPs with MORE to come!

We have installed the callback feature on our phone line and instead of waiting in the queue, you can now press 9 when prompted and a member of the care navigation team will call you back.

We have also opened a prescription query line which is open from 10am - 1pm. You can call 0191 625 9444 if you have any issues with your medication (it cannot be used for ordering).

You can also send econsults to us.

The NHS app has a new look and is easier to use - turning notifications on will let you receive messages from the surgery.

As always, please keep giving your feedback when you get the message after your appointment. It is always nice to receive comments when the member of staff is named too.
