If your pain or tension has been building for weeks, months or even years, it’s unrealistic to expect one massage to completely resolve it in a single session.

Massage can help reduce tension, improve movement and provide relief — but sometimes your body needs more than one treatment to make lasting progress.

This is exactly why I loved receiving this review from Deb.

After just two sessions, she noticed a great improvement in her pain and has already booked her next appointment.

It’s not about endlessly booking massages. It’s about figuring out what your body needs, working on the areas contributing to the problem and reassessing as you go.

One session can be the start. It doesn’t always have to be the finish line.

Your hip shouldn’t hurt every time you move.

That niggling hip pain you’ve been putting up with?
The tightness when you walk, train, sit or get up?
The feeling that one side just doesn’t move like it should?

You don’t have to just put up with it.

Massage can help release tension through the muscles around the hip, improve mobility and get you moving more comfortably.

“I’ll just put up with it.”

“I don’t have time.”

“It’s too expensive.”

These are some of the most common reasons people delay booking a massage, yet so many clients tell me the same thing after their treatment: “I wish I’d come sooner.”

Deep tissue massage isn’t about luxury—it’s about helping you feel more comfortable in your body, whether you’re dealing with tight shoulders, lower back pain, headaches or the aches that come with a busy life.

People often tell me, “I’m not sporty enough for a sports massage.”

The truth is, my client list couldn’t be more varied. From a 9-year-old to an 86-year-old, I see desk workers, offshore workers, hairdressers, roofers, gym-goers and everyone in between.

Massage isn’t just for injuries or athletes — it’s for anyone who wants to ease aches, reduce tension and give their body a bit of TLC.

Do you spend most of your day sitting down and constantly struggle with a tight, aching lower back?

Tight hamstrings can place extra strain on the pelvis and lower back, meaning the source of your pain might not actually be your back at all.

By combining movement and hands-on treatment, we can help release tension, improve mobility and get you moving more comfortably.

If your lower back has been bothering you, send me a message and let’s get to the root cause.

Living with pain, stiffness or ongoing niggles can have a huge impact on your day-to-day life.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients with everything from osteoarthritis, sciatica and migraines to sports injuries, neck pain and lower back problems. While massage isn’t a cure, it can help ease muscle tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling more comfortable.

One thing you’ll never get from me is pressure to book your next appointment before you leave.

Why? Because every body is different.

Some people need to come back in 2 weeks, while others can comfortably go 4–8 weeks.

My advice is simple: don’t wait until you’re in pain again. When those little niggles start creeping back in, that’s usually your body’s way of saying it’s time to book.

I’d rather you come back when you need me than feel pressured into a schedule that doesn’t suit your body, lifestyle or budget.

Fibromyalgia affects everyone differently, which is why there is no “one treatment fits all.”

Massage isn’t a cure, but when it’s adapted to your body and your symptoms, it can help reduce muscle tension, encourage relaxation, improve sleep, and make everyday movement feel a little easier.

The aim is never to push through pain. It’s to work with your body, calm an overactive nervous system, and help you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

If you’ve been wondering whether massage could help you, send me a message and let’s have a chat.

Not sure what to book? You’re not the only one!

If you’re struggling to choose the right treatment, here’s a simple guide to help.

Whether it’s a stiff neck from work, an aching back, tired legs, or you just feel like your whole body needs some TLC, I’ve got you covered.

If you’re still unsure, just drop me a message and I’ll happily recommend the best treatment and time for what you’re dealing with. There’s no point booking longer than you need… but equally, I don’t want you leaving wishing you’d booked more!
