Following an incredibly heartfelt review, I've decided (with full consent) to share a few comments I've received recently.

Reading these messages reminds me why I do what I do. Every person who walks through my door has their own story, and it is a privilege to be trusted with that journey.

One thing that has stood out recently is how many people have reached out saying they've spent years being passed from service to service, never truly understanding what they're experiencing or feeling heard. While therapy can't change the past, it can help people make sense of it, develop healthier ways of coping, and realise that change really is possible.
