🍂🎨 NEW SATURDAY ART CLASSES! 🎨🍂

I’ve got some exciting news for our older ARTventurers! ❤️💙

I’ve had quite a few enquiries asking whether I could run classes at the weekend and, after a little bit of organising behind the scenes, I’ve managed to secure Marsden Road Community Centre on Saturday mornings! 🙌

So, I’m going to give Saturdays a go! Instead of my usual Tuesday after-school sessions, our ages 5+ Art & Crafts classes are moving to Saturday mornings — hopefully making it much easier for those of you who’ve told me that after school can be a bit of a rush.

And I’ve planned something rather lovely to kick us off... 🍁

🍂 AWESOME AUTUMN – 3 WEEK MINI TERM 🍂

🎨 Week 1 – Autumn Woodland 🌳🍂

We’re going on an Autumn adventure and creating our very own woodland scene! 🦊🦔🍁

We’ll use lots of different process-art techniques, textures and unusual painting tools to create our colourful Autumn trees and woodland background, before adding some adorable woodland friends to bring our picture to life.

Get ready to paint, print, splodge, stick and create your very own wonderful woodland masterpiece! 🎨🍂✨

A safe space for women to gain confidence.
You’ll learn practical, easy-to-remember techniques for real-life scenarios, including:
✅Releasing yourself from grabs, such as being held by the wrist, clothing, or hair.
✅Techniques to break free from chokes and strangulations.
✅Defending yourself if you’re pushed, pinned, or grabbed.

These are simple but powerful techniques designed to maximise your ability to protect yourself without relying on physical strength or advanced skills meaning our courses are accessible for any female.

🚫We do not grapple, kick or fight.
