We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing the highest quality service, have a flexible, positive approach to work, and who want to work within our fast-growing, professional organisation.
We are a 24 hours, 7 days a week service. The minimum hours we offer is 22 hours a week. We have full-time positions available and must be willing to work a minimum of weekend on/ weekend off rota. 7am starts and l0pm finish if doing a long day with 2-3 hours break in between.

MAIN DUTIES OF A CARER/SUPPORT WORKER:
Promoting independence, dignity and choice through hands-on care
Personal care which may include washing, bathing, showering, toileting etc
Assisting with morning and bedtime routines
Preparing or assisting with meal and drink preparation
Light household tasks - dusting, laundry, washing up and vacuuming
Shopping and collecting prescriptions
Companionship services
Maintaining records of your daily activities.
24-hour management support for all staff
No rushing calls and cutting call times - we offer you full paid travel time, mileage,
Holiday pay (28 days including Bank Holidays) and pension contribution
Employee Assistance Programme extends to family members
Flexible working hours
Shadowing opportunity
