This is my style and this will always be my style.

This video is a regular client of mine that when I first put that I was doing ASMR out there she was all over it so excited and she comes to me every two weeks to have this done and has been coming to me for a year now she has expressed to me that she prefers more of the scratchy touch so this is what is done in the ASMR experience some people prefer more of the soft touch which I have feathers and other tools my intention is only that you are relaxed to the absolute maximum and your mind switches off and you enjoy the sensory experience.

Another added sensory item I use is the headphones and I can play whatever you like whether it’s Ocean waves, it’s a gentle Spirtual Healing music, piano music, heavy rain literally anything that helps relax you and go into a deep meditative state.

My goal with this post is to get it out there more of you in the area in as this is a very niche treatment so I would like more ladies to know about it. This is a female only treatment and I am now a female only practice.

I just had to share this!

My client came to be in severe pain from pregnancy, carpal tunnel I never knew it was a thing until today!
How it can feel ...
-It feels like tingling/ numbness
- weaker grip
- It gets worse in the third trimester as fluid retention increases.
- Painful

It's caused by extra fluid pressing on the nerve that runs through the wrist (the carpal tunnel), and it usually eases after birth once fluid levels settle.

So as you can see in the left-hand Photo, my client has an extremely puffy hand and after the manual lymphatic drainage and opening up all of her lymphatic system I was able to drain away most of the fluid she was practically jumping for Joy by the end of it and so thankful that I had relieved her pain I really love my job for this reason. As adults we forget to be carefree and act like a child we’re serious and have responsibilities yes but can we sometimes learn to put this aside?

Yes of course we can!

So what did you like doing as a child?
Was it going to the park going on the swings?
Painting /colouring?
Climbing trees and going for adventures?
Playing games outside like hide and seek

All of these you can recreate as an adult with or without your children

This keeps us younger for longer

This brings out your authentic self which is the highest frequency ✨

When was the last time you paused and just stopped what you were doing and was just present in that moment?

I am actually trying to do this myself when I get the opportunities whether it’s in the morning in the middle of the day the evening it could be a body scan. It could just be a few breaths. We’re always on the go and rushing around everywhere. It’s not good for our nervous system we need to slow down sometimes and pause. This is a reminder to do this.
