I’m looking for 8 ladies who want to improve their comfort, balance, and fitness for horse riding ✨

Whether you’re new to Pilates or getting back into movement, beginners are very welcome 🤍

🌿 8-week Pilates course for riders
✔️ Rebalance your body
✔️ Improve comfort and stability in the saddle
✔️ Build strength, mobility, and control specific to riding

💫 Help your horse by improving your riding — better posture, balance, and body awareness can make a real difference for both of you.
