✨ The Moon Path Grimoire (handmade) is now available on my website! ✨

I created this to coincide with The Moon Path Grimoire printed subscription, for my Founding Five members. The grimoires can be used with my pages I create each month, or you can add your own. Each A4 ring-bound grimoire has been individually aged and finished by hand - so no two are exactly alike.

Inside, you’ll find six dividers, decorative ephemera pocket and a special “This Grimoire Belongs To” page with a spell to bless and dedicate your book. 🌙🗝️

After the last couple of months creating, painting, printing and pouring much love into every detail, the Moon Path Grimoire printed subscription is officially open to everyone.

🌙 THE MAKING OF THE MOON PATH GRIMOIRES — PART ONE 🌙

A little glimpse behind the scenes as the first batch of handmade Moon Path Grimoires begins to take shape…

Each one passes through several stages and takes many hours of patient work, care and love to create. Nothing is rushed, and because every Grimoire is made individually by hand, each develops its own beautiful character, no two will ever be completely identical.

At this stage, they may not look especially magical…but their transformation has only just begun. ✨

In Part Two, I’ll reveal the finished Grimoires once they have been painted, aged and given their final special touches. I honestly can’t wait for you to see them! 🤎

A little lavender magic, bottled 🌙💜

Today I finally made the Lavender Pillow Mist from August’s Botanical Beauty page in The Moon Path Grimoire.

As you can see in the photographs, I adapted the recipe slightly and used lavender water in place of distilled water, adding another beautifully soft layer of lavender to the finished mist. I combined it with witch hazel, lavender essential oil and a little chamomile, before pouring it into an amber glass bottle and finishing it with its own vintage label.

I loved the whole ritual of it, measuring, blending, stirring and bottling before misting it lightly over my pillows and allowing the gentle botanical scent to settle into the room.

Botanical beauty is very much my forte. While I’ve loved stepping outside my comfort zone and exploring the baking and crafting elements of the Grimoire, creating lotions, potions and plant-based beauty preparations is where I feel most at home. There is something especially satisfying about taking a handful of simple ingredients and turning them into a beautiful, practical ritual for everyday life. It is exactly the sort of quiet magic I want the Moon Path to be filled with.
