I recently invited members of my community to attend a free session to learn about CPR and the use of a defibrillator.

I was so pleased not just with the number of people who wanted to learn, but also the range of ages from children to retired people who wanted to learn life-saving skills.

Thank you Rownhams House and Bitterne Veterans Hub for supporting these sessions, and of course our trauma make-up specialist Catherine Watch for all the gruesome wounds you created. 😃
