If there is one piece of feedback I hear most after my NLP courses, workshops, or even just casual coffee chats about my work, it is this:

"Vanda, your passion for this is contagious. Your love for what you do just oozes through everything."

And They are completely right.

(In fact, the plaque I’m holding on this photo was given to me when I left my neuro-rehabilitation job in Birmingham… Yes, I did LOVE my profession and job, and I was pretty good at it too because I loved it so much… Just a side note…)

I don’t just teach NLP as a set of tools or a curriculum to check off. I live it. I am endlessly fascinated by the intricate architecture of the human mind, the power of sensory acuity, and the profound breakthroughs that happen when two human beings truly connect.

When you step into a learning space with someone who genuinely loves their craft, the experience shifts. It isn't a dry lecture; it becomes an active, inspiring, and deeply supportive arena where you feel energised to explore your own potential.

That passion is what drives me to break down complex psychological theories into simple, practical, and fun tools you can use immediately. Because when a trainer loves what they do, learning doesn't feel like hard work. It feels like an adventure.

Whether you are looking to elevate your business communication, master your own mental fitness, or facilitate deep transformation for your clients, doing it alongside someone who is 100% invested in your journey makes all the difference.

And I, personally, wouldn't wanna do it any other way.

How about You? Have you ever met one of these people? Or are you perhaps one of us? 😃 What difference did/does it make in your life?

It's not the first time I pose this question. It is such an important topic, I am sharing it again:

AI can’t do everything a person can.

Don’t get me wrong. AI can be wonderfully helpful, if and when you use it correctly. I use AI in various aspects of my life.

But the ONE place I don’t use it at all is during my client session delivery.

Why? Because true transformation doesn't happen in a script. It happens in the space between two nervous systems.

An algorithm cannot master sensory acuity. It cannot see the tiny shift in your breathing when we touch on a core belief, the subtle change in your skin color, or the micro-expression you try to mask with a smile. It only processes the words you speak, not the truth your body is telling.

AI is also programmed to please, which means it cannot effectively challenge your mindset. It won't call you out on your favourite excuses, nor can it intuitively feel when to push you out of your comfort zone and when to hold a gentle, supportive space. It lacks the human nuance to pivot a session on a brilliant, unexpected tangent based entirely on a gut feeling.

And this is why I teach all these skills on real, live NLP practitioner courses. Human to human. Where we learn how to connect, read the room and calibrate to the living, breathing person in front of us and utilise our skills dynamically in real time.

In my opinion, as useful as AI can be, it is not a person. It will never replace the profound power of human connection.

What do you think?

There’s nothing more magnetic than someone lit up from within. That sparkle? It’s your truth shining through.

If life’s felt a bit flat lately, maybe it’s time to reconnect with what lights you up.
🌻 What makes you lose track of time?
🌻 What do you love talking about?
🌻 What dream still tugs at your heart?

You don’t need a big plan. Just start by following the joy. The world needs your unique glow.

What makes you sparkle?

There is a strong misconception about NLP that I often encounter.

Because some of these communication tools have been adopted by aggressive sales environments or corporate negotiation tactics, people sometimes assume that NLP is about manipulation.

They worry it is a collection of clever language tricks designed to control a conversation or subtly push someone into an action they didn't want to take.

It is an understandable concern, but it completely misses the true heart of the work.

In my view, authentic NLP is the absolute opposite of manipulation. It is the art of deep, respectful, and ethical human connection.

Manipulation is about trying to bend someone else's will to suit your own agenda.

True NLP, however, is about learning to understand the unique inner landscape of the person sitting across from you so cleanly that you can meet them exactly where they are.

When I teach these skills, I don't focus on scripts or tactical tricks. I focus on sensory acuity and calibration. I help you learn how to listen to what is unsaid, read subtle changes in posture or breathing, and create a container of profound mutual trust.

When you communicate from this space, you aren't trying to control anyone. You are simply clearing away the mental filters so that two human minds can understand each other with absolute clarity. It is about offering presence, not pressure.

And that's really what we want tobfocus on, what really matters: genuine, ethical communication that helps people feel truly seen and heard, don't we?

Have you ever been on the receiving end of a conversation that felt tactical rather than genuine? How did it change your willingness to connect?

On the left: The day the floodgates opened and I could not stop crying until I put the deposit down and became Delilah's human.

On the right: 365 days later: Slightly more tired, definitely a lot more dirty and 100% more filled with joy and happiness.

Exactly a year ago, in a blink of an eye, I become a 'horse owner'. I put it in quotation marks because, while on paper I might be the 'legal owner' of Delilah, she definitely owns my heart. 💛

And what a year is has been!!

It started with waking up in the middle of the night to a panic attack - 'What have you done Vanda!? How an earth do you think you can do this? You know absolutely nothing about horse keeping... '

And so the steep learning curve has begun. And hasn't really stopped ever since. Not sure it ever will. 😅 Though it doesn't feel as steep anymore..

Through lots of self-doubt, sleepless nights, questioning my decisions (and sanity at times 😅), feeling like an impostor all the way to developing an identity of being a horse mum.

My priorities have shifted, countless new skills have been learnt and developed, many adventures, endless hours and days of fun, joy, love and laughter...

And every time, I look into her beautiful eyes, instant warmth and joy fills up my body and soul. And that's when I know I have made the right decision. That's when my mind settles again and again...

Delilah has taught me a lot in the past year. No doubt, there's much more to learn.

And that's how life is worth living, isn't it? Life-long learning, growing and change.

Happy Gotcha Day my pretty little Unicorn. 🥰🦄 I'm eternally grateful...

Can't wait to see what new adventures the coming years hold for us.

When I run a workshop, people tend to ask me why I don't offer replays. Last Thursday's workshop wasn't any different. So here are my thoughts I tend to share with people who ask:

There is a vast difference between gathering information and gaining a skill.

In our digital world, pre-recorded videos are great for downloading data. But when it comes to the complex world of the human mind, watching a recording is like looking at a postcard of a mountain instead of actually climbing it.

Pre-recorded NLP courses promise convenience, and they certainly deliver facts. Yet, true mastery requires a live, human-to-human space.

In NLP, our greatest asset isn't theory. It is sensory acuity. It is the ability to read unspoken language, noticing a split-second shift in breathing, a tiny change in posture, or a brief hesitation.

You cannot practice calibration with a video player. You cannot learn how to hold a safe space for a breakthrough by looking at a static screen.
In a live, real-time course, you step into an active arena. You practice, stumble, adjust, and feel the actual shift in the room when a concept clicks. You learn to adapt in real time to the living, breathing human being in front of you.

And this is exactly why I keep all my training courses LIVE and don't offer replays.

Convenience is wonderful for logistics. But when it comes to remapping thought paths, true transformation thrives in connection. We don't learn to navigate the wilderness by staring at a map. We learn it by walking the path together.

If you have taken both pre-recorded and live training, what was the biggest difference you noticed in how the learning actually stayed with you?

29/07/2026

Good things and bad things are happening to all of us. This is just a fact, and there's not much we can do about it.

What we have full control over is how much power we give to that 'thing'.

It is the same with our thoughts and feelings. We will have thoughts and feelings that are empowering, make us feel good and drive us forward. And we will also have thoughts and feelings that are doing quite the opposite. I'm talking about excessive and harmful amounts of anger, sadness, fear, guilt, jealousy, anxiety and so on...

The choice is yours. What will you do with them? Are you going to engage, dwell, feed those harmful feelings and thoughts? Or will you shine your light on something different and give power to something that actually serves you?

It all begins and ends in your mind.
Whatever you give power to, will have power over you. - If you allow it!

And that's why I love NLP so much; it gives me the tools to take charge of my own mind, and choose what I will allow to have power over me.

What are you allowing power to have over you?

I'm here if you need some help...

As I was spending some time with my girl and mucking out her stable this morning, I was reflecting on yesterday's workshops...

There is always a lot to go through after each training day, workshop or even a 1:1 session with my client...

This time, there were a lot of things that went great, the feedback was incredible, and I even have a few people wanting to take NLP further and potentially become and NLP Practitioner. And someone utterly fabulous already signed up to the October course yesterday afternoon, which is just... Yaaay! 😁🥳

And there are, of course, many things I will do differently next time round. Because we can succeed AND learn at the same time. That's how we grow and evolve, isn't it?

But I always get to the same one point in my debrief:

I absolutely blimmin' LOVE teaching this stuff!!! 😍

How lucky am I to be able to run a business based on something I wholeheartedly believe in, something I live my life by.
And with teaching NLP and What's happening in your Mind, I get to empower people transform their own lives on a daily and help others do the same!!!

A huge THANKS to everyone who came to the workshop yesterday, and allowed me to share some NLP magic with them. I am incredibly grateful for you all!

There will be quite a few trees planted in our little forest with JUST ONE Tree, that's for sure...

🥰🌻

Ps:
Of course, being so excited about the NLP magic I was sharing, I forgot to take a group photo. So you get a photo of my pretty little unicorn and I instead. 😁🦄

I am here! I am ready!

I am very excited for the workshop to finally start!

30 minutes to go before we deep dive into 'What's happening in Your Mind?' - through the lense of NLP!

Woohoo!!

We are going to explore how our mind works, what we can do to take charge of it and our results, how we communicate and experience the world and how NLP can do wonders for you.

I'm so excited!! Or did I say that already? 😅

Well I am!

See you all on zoom at 12pm, or 7pm if you'd like to join last minute...
