Can you relate to balancing work and family?

This one feels a little emotional today 🤍

Building a business has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. It’s taken countless late nights, early mornings, missed moments and days where I’ve questioned whether I’ve got the balance right.

Today my eldest finishes junior school and it’s made me stop and think about just how quickly time passes. There have been moments I’ve been working when I wish I’d been more present, and as parents I think we all carry a little guilt alongside the dreams we’re chasing.

Making these gifts for his teacher reminded me how many people help shape our children’s lives while we’re trying to build something for their future.

To every teacher who’s supported him along the way, thank you. To my boys, thank you for sharing me with this little dream of mine. Everything I do is and always has been for you. 🤍

I nearly went back to bed today.

Instead, I did the school run with my T-shirt on backwards, looked like I’d been dragged through a hedge, sorted stock rolling around my boot, filmed academy content, dropped parcels off, collected the kids and somehow got through the day.

Not every day is productive because you’re motivated.

Sometimes it’s productive because you’ve got things that need doing. That itself is a win.

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed or like everyone else has it together apart from you… this is your reminder that they probably don’t. ❤️

Having the creative freedom to bring an idea to life and being trusted with life’s most special moments will never be something I take for granted.

Every flower, every bow and every little finishing touch is placed with love, knowing that this isn’t just a balloon design. It’s a memory, a keepsake and part of someone’s story.
