According to Physical Health England, physical inactivity is associated wit 1 in 6 deaths in the UK, with an estimated cost of £7.4 billion annually.
Around 1 in 3 of men (34%) and 1 in 2 of women (42%) are not active enough for good health, which not only adds a huge financial burden on the NHS, but means millions of people are navigating complex challenges with their health.
