📣 I am ecstatic to announce that is back, with her magical hands, to join us at our monthly breathing sessions 📣

The next session is on 28th June.

Please NOTE:
💥 we will be returning to the later time of 7-8.30pm.

Each month I will continue to bridge the gap between Science and Spiritual; bringing together the practicalities of Functional Breathwork and the deep healing experience of Conscious Connected Rebirthing Breathwork.

Hands up if you like a Donna Ashworth poem!!
I used to quite regularly share her poetry as she often hits the spot.
So welcome a guest spot into my week!
It’s me sharing Donna ‘s poetry, picking a random poem from a random book and just see who needed to hear her words today!

Today’s was ‘ You have been served’.
A beautiful reminder to let the good stuff in.
Existing and surviving happens to us all at some time but to allow the help and support in. An easy thing to ignore and endure.
See possibility in adversity and believe that turbulence doesn’t last for ever.
Build ourselves space to flourish and set ourselves up to successfully bring joy into our space rather than assume there is no space at all.
That first step towards getting support can be the hardest thing to do.

I feel privileged when people trust me enough to be their first step towards thriving.
I have been there and still taking my steps, some bigger than others.

My hands are always here to help.

A throwback but of fun from last year.

But in all seriousness… don’t ever think that follows, likes, hearts, comments , reposts and shares don’t matter.

That mini muscle movement to tap the screen can make a difference, maybe in getting my services in front of others, definitely encouraging me to keep stepping out of my comfort zone into the dangerous waters of cringe.

( that reminds me, I have always been a fan of the art of alliteration , using ellipses… and trying to make language sound pretty. Most posts take me an age… partly due to mistyping and partly due to drawn out decision making of what to write and whether to wing it out into the public domain. When a source close to me asked if I put my captions through AI first , as that is the feel they sometimes have, I was genuinely aghast… because it means I have morphed along the way. But I kind of enjoy the process even though it takes longer. have finally forayed into the world of AI for my flyers as the decision making on them are prone to lengthy procrastination, but my captions are not, they are perfectly imperfect me)

Back to the topic in hand. I really am grateful for every interaction and each one is noticed and appreciated.
