We're looking for a dedicated Home Carer to join our friendly, family-run team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Whether you're an experienced carer or looking to start a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Yesterday, we were proud to celebrate 10 years of Waterside Homecare Services Ltd – a milestone that gave us the opportunity to reflect on an incredible journey.
What started with a simple vision in a small garden shed has grown step by step, first moving to Dibden Purlieu and then, in January 2024, to our current home in the heart of Hythe.
None of this would have been possible without our amazing team of carers past and present. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing outstanding care every single day are the foundation of everything we do. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them.
We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Waterside community. It has been a privilege to support so many local people and their families over the past decade, and we are truly grateful for the trust and support you have shown us.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to delivering the highest standards of care while continuing to grow and serve our local community for many years to come.

Hello and Happy New Year.
We would like to take this opportunity to share more information about the range of supportive and enriching services available through Waterside Homecare Services.
In addition to our home care support, we also offer regular social outings and group sessions designed to promote companionship, wellbeing, and enjoyment in a safe and supported environment. You may not be aware that we currently provide:
Trips to local attractions every Wednesday and Friday, typically between 12:00 noon and 3:00pm
A weekly social session at our Hythe office every Thursday from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm
For your convenience and peace of mind, transport to and from all sessions and trips is fully provided. Our Thursday sessions also include a delicious home-cooked meal, freshly prepared and enjoyed together.
All activities are fully supported by experienced members of our care team, ensuring participants feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times.
