Spectrum Centre for Independent Living SPECTRUM Centre for Independent Living CIC, (Formerly SCIL) is an Organisation of Disabled People and non-disabled allies. The Twelve Rights are:

We believe that ALL Disabled People have the right to live independently. SPECTRUM campaigns for the rights of Disabled People and represents their views. Disabled People have identified twelve basic rights that SPECTRUM CIL, believes everyone should have. Full ACCESS to our environment.

SPECTRUM CIL is looking for a new permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to help lead our organisation into its next chapter.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about disability rights, independent living, and the Social Model of Disability to lead a Disabled People’s Organisation making a real difference. The role involves strategic leadership, organisational development, staff and project management, and supporting our mission to empower Disabled people to live independently.
