If you live in Southampton and west Hampshire, Mountbatten Hampshire (formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice) is your local hospice. We are an independent charity that provides free care and support to people with any life-limiting illness, including respiratory disease, Motor Neurone Disease, heart disease, advanced dementia, respiratory disease, and cancer. Our aim is to help people to live as we

ll as they possibly can with their illness. We also provide free bereavement and psychological support to patients and their families.

"Grandad would be unbelievably proud that I am doing this." This September, Jasmine and her friends are taking on Walk the Test Way - walking 16 miles from Wherwell to Romsey in memory of Jasmine's grandad, Bob, and to give back to our nurses and carers, who supported him and her family.💛
