☀️😁 SUNNY SMILES 😁☀️

Over the last few weeks, our incredible carers have again, gone above and beyond to provide person-centred, high quality care even in such hot conditions!
It hasn't been easy, but they've been an absolute credit to Heart2Heart ♥️

The least we could do was make sure our unstoppable team stayed hydrated... And happy! Drink and ice cream drop offs have been a must and the least we could do to support them 🫶

Happy team... Living the dream ✨💗

💭💗 THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY 💗💭

Last month there was a day dedicated to carers for all the work they do, but it just didn't seem right to only give the recognition for one day.

The team we have at Heart2Heart are more than just staff, more than just a day worth of celebration and need to know they are a vital part of something that we are proud to call our work family♥️

Of course we are biased, but this team works their socks off and goes above and beyond on every occasion. (It's true...ask our clients 🙊)

No words can describe it to the extent it should, but we are forever grateful for our outstanding team and could not do what we love best without them. 🥰

So THANK YOU to everyone at Heart2Heart 🫶 Let's keep doing what we do and give our service users what they deserve ♥️

With another boiling week ahead, some treats were much needed and appreciated by our delightful service users. 🥰

Again, our outstanding staff went above and beyond to deliver the goods and try and make the heat more pleasant for those we care for! 🌞

Cannot thank the team enough for all they do and continue to do, especially in such extreme conditions 🌡️💗

💪✨ WHAT A TEAM ✨💪

Today, a group of our wonderful carers started our collaborative training on adding to their knowledge of the care certificate.

Even with the heat, they all showed great engagement and bounced quality ideas off of each other!

So grateful of the team we have at Heart2Heart 💗

Well done ladies, keep up the commitment 🫶😁

Note to self: chocolate chip muffins are required next time... 🙊🧁

🗞️🗞️ WE'VE ONLY GONE AND MADE THE NEWS🗞️🗞️

This week one of our lovely service users and carer made the local newspaper after attending their weekly Stroke Club! 😁

As the article mentions, for some, this is the only time they get out and about and for us, it's an absolute pleasure that we can support our client to attend something so fantastic! 💗

Big shout out to our wonderful carer here in the picture... We hope this one made the fridge display! 😂🫶
