What a truly wonderful day we had at Exbury Gardens! Today was extra special because we were able to grant Reg’s wish to visit this beautiful place. He was so delighted to share the experience with some fellow residents whose company he really enjoys. We had a lovely walk through the Sun Dial Gardens and even got to see the Solent Art Gallery. This morning, the residents had a wonderful time on our minibus trip to Lee-on-the-Solent! We enjoyed a lovely sit by the sea, taking in the fresh air and the calming waves, and then we stopped by the Penguin Café for a delicious lunch before heading back home. A perfect day out.

The Wickets Care Home were very proud to host dining in the dark with the expertise of Kris from Southampton Sight Southampton Sight . This was so worthwhile and I am sure all attendees would agree.. A different event from the norm. We managed to raise £120 for the charity with the help of these fabulous visitors.

Thank you everyone for your support and to our super Chefs the Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝 it was amazing.

We are thrilled to be hosting a Friendly Dog Show at The Wickets Care Home on Wednesday 26th August 2pm- 3.30pm at The Wickets Care Home in Southampton. We are located on Banister Road.

Fun categories with winning rosettes for categories such as The Waggiest Tail 🐶🦮🐕‍🦺🐕🦴
