Had a wonderful time in this morning's seated exercise class! ☀️ We mixed things up with a fun foam ball and bucket challenge. Not only did we get a lot of laughs, but it was also a great way to improve our eye-hand coordination and concentration. Great job to everyone who joined in! 👏🔵
