Happy 1st birthday, beautiful Rosie.

It was such a privilege to speak a blessing over you at your christening.

And so lovely getting to spend time with you again last weekend.

So today I pray another blessing over your little life.

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you.”

(Numbers 6:24–25)

May the Lord guide your steps as you grow, surround you with love, protect your heart and fill your life with joy.

May you always know how deeply you are loved by your family and by your Father in Heaven.

Congratulations to my dear friends Mike and his beautiful wife-to-be on their engagement.

For almost 10 years, Mike has been a constant in my life.

He’s supported me through the highs and lows of business, but our friendship has always gone much deeper than that.

Over the years, we’ve stood alongside each other through some incredibly difficult seasons in our family and personal lives too.

That’s why Saturday was so special for me.

Seeing my dear friend smile the way he did.

Seeing that genuine, deep joy in him.

Meant more than I can really put into words.

When I first met his now fiancée a few years ago, I absolutely adored her.

She has this spark about her that you’re naturally drawn to, and it’s been beautiful watching what the two of them have found in each other.

Mike, thank you for your friendship, your loyalty and the support you’ve shown me, my family and my business over all these years.

And to you both.

A massive congratulations on your engagement.

I pray that this next chapter is filled with love, laughter, patience, adventure and a lifetime of that same joy I saw on Saturday.

Today I just want to wish birthday blessings over my lovely friend Talia.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve been blessed to become very close friends with her mum and dad.

And over this last year I’ve had the privilege of watching Talia step into some of the gifts God has given her.

She’s used her creativity, energy and talent to help me build U21 gym.

And she’s also been a huge part of starting our YouTube channel and our mission of encouraging more men to come to know Jesus.

And she’s only just getting started.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others.”

(1 Peter 4:10)

Talia, you really are a blessing to everyone who knows you.

I pray that God continues to guide you, grow you and open the right doors for you as you step into this next year of your life.

I’m excited to see where our business journey takes us and to watch everything God has planned for you begin to blossom.

Keep using those gifts.

Keep being you.

And most importantly, keep putting God at the centre of it all.

It keeps no record of wrongs.”

(1 Corinthians 13:4–5)

Father, thank You for the privilege of being there yesterday to witness our two beautiful friends coming together in marriage.

Thank You for their friendship and for inviting me and my wife to share such a special day with them.

I pray Your blessing over their marriage.

May their love be patient and kind.

May they keep no score.

May they forgive quickly, laugh often and stand together when life gets tough.

May they protect one another, trust one another, encourage one another and continue choosing each other through every season ahead.

And above all, may You always be at the centre of their marriage.
