Your future self is depending on the choices you make today.

Build strength.
Improve balance.
Increase mobility.
Grow confidence.

Because one day, life will ask the question… and your body will answer.

Will it be ready?

At Back to Fitness, we believe exercise is about so much more than fitness. It’s about preserving the freedom to live life on your own terms.

Whether it’s getting up from the floor after a stumble, playing with your grandchildren, tending the garden, travelling with confidence, or simply staying active and independent, the movement you practise today is an investment in tomorrow.

That’s why we offer a range of services (face to face and online) to help you move with confidence at every stage of life, including:
• Pilates
• Yoga
• Strength & Functional Fitness Classes
• Chiropractic Care
• Sports Massage
• Personalised Rehabilitation Programmes

No matter your age or starting point, we’ll help you build the strength, mobility, balance and confidence to keep doing the things you love for years to come.

New research published in The BMJ has found that calcium and vitamin D supplements provide little to no meaningful reduction in the risk of falls or fractures for most healthy older adults living independently. This doesn’t apply to everyone—for example, people with osteoporosis or vitamin D deficiency may still benefit from supplementation as advised by their healthcare professional. (BMJ)

The findings are a great reminder that maintaining strength, balance and mobility remains one of the most effective ways to reduce your risk of falls and help protect your independence.

If you’re looking for a safe, evidence-informed way to improve your strength and balance, I run Back Care Yoga, Pilates and Low Impact HIIT classes suitable for a range of abilities.
