Think how many buses pass you by every single day and you barely even notice....?

Sometimes they pass so slowly you don't notice at all!

Occasionally we don't see the bus until it hits us.

Ever notice, how every now and then, a bus passes you quickly whilst you think of other things and you pay no attention, then a few seconds later that big gust of wind hits you full in the face and takes your breath away?

Buses are like life events. Some don't impact us at all, some knock you for 6 and you think you'll never recover. Others have a time delay. You think it passed by with no impact at all, then, some time later, when the bus is all but forgotten, you get the whosh!

I have provided FREE counselling for 17 people so far offering support for bereavement to drug addiction and anxiety to suicidal ideation. I would like to continue doing this for as long as possible!

However, there are more people in need than I have free spaces. There are more people in crisis than the NHS can cope with. The waiting lists are long and the sessions minimal. The su***de rates are high, mental health problems ever increasing. Therefore, I have set up a donation page.

If anyone would like to give the gift of counselling please donate what you can and I will use it to support someone that cannot afford to do so themselves.

I have spent years watching people struggle with the stigma of getting support for their mental health issues.

Most of us now know there is a link between physical health and mental health and so that is why I have teamed up with Welcome Gym Southend
I will be offering half price sessions throughout October for welcome gym members.

It is discreet, confidential and on site in the sports massage room which adds another layer of confidentiality.
