Magical mistakes or Formulating hiccups

Making stuff from scratch is a bit trial & error. Like a recipe, it can go right or not quite as right as you would have liked 🤪

From lumpy lip balm to over whipped body butter, this is the way I’m learning. I’m leaning into the mistakes (and still using the wonky products because I don’t want to waste the natural ingredients).

All good fun though!! 😁

It’s really exciting to add some raw ingredients together and create something that you would have otherwise bought. I definitely haven’t mastered the waxes yet!

As the new moon energy 🌚 reaches us, it’s a time to reflect on what we want to close the door on in our lives… perfect timing for this new year 🤩

Essential oils can be a helpful tool to cleanse & release unwanted & stagnant feelings that no longer work in our favour. Simply applying a drop to a tissue & using a breath where the exhale count is longer than the inhale, is a great way to encourage both relaxation & release.

My top ones for letting go are
Eucalyptus
Lemon
Lime
Cypress

Making some room in our lives allows the things we want to welcome in the space to do so.
