Power animals are helping spirits who can offer guidance, protection, strength and support in the return of our personal power.

Guided by Crystal and the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, you’ll journey to meet one of these allies and receive the wisdom and guidance they have to share.

Suitable for complete beginners and those with journeying experience.

The shadow side of “love and light” and what real healing actually looks like....

I’ve written something today that feels quite vulnerable to share.

It’s taken me a long time to put words to this..... And to have the courage to write it

There’s a side of “healing” spaces that isn’t often spoken about — and I’ve experienced it firsthand.

The toxic side of spirituality.....

It's important to bring awareness to these issues...... so they no longer hold power over us

What looks like belonging can become dependency when a space is not held with integrity.

This is part of me speaking my truth, and part of my own healing.
