🏡 WANTED – Farm, Smallholding or Equestrian Yard to Rent

Tiny Treasures are looking for a new long term home.

Due to our current premises being sold, we are searching for a farm, smallholding or equestrian property to rent in Scarisbrick, Southport, West Lancashire or the surrounding areas.

We are looking for:

* 6–15 acres (or similar)
* Stables
* Barns or outbuildings
* Secure grazing
* Water and electricity
* Good vehicle access
* Long term tenancy with a view to purchase in the future

We are a Community Interest Company providing animal assisted learning, wellbeing and therapeutic activities for children, young people and vulnerable adults. Our animals are much loved therapy animals and we take enormous pride in caring for both them and the land we use.

We are reliable tenants, fully insured, trustworthy and respectable and able to provide references. We are also happy to consider properties that may need some improvement and would welcome the opportunity to discuss different rental arrangements.

We spent a wonderful morning at Derian House. We met some wonderfully brave children and their families and the staff were just lovely 💕 we can’t wait to connect more hooves to hearts when we return. Who knows we may take the sheep next time 🥰

These tiny hooves just didn't stop bringing smiles to everyone here at Derian House last week 🥰

Miniature ponies Bear, Squirrel and Foxy were a huge hit with our children and young people, who loved stroking their soft fur and taking them for walks around our hospice gardens 💚

A huge thank you to Tiny Treasures Equestrian for bringing these wonderful little visitors to see us ✨

💚 A Day We’ll Remember… 💚

We had the privilege of attending Presfield School & Specialist College to celebrate something truly special.

Some of the incredible young people we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside over the past 10 months were proudly presented with their AQA Unit Award Scheme certificates through our Tiny Treasures Learning Academy. 🏅🐴

Watching these amazing students grow has been an absolute privilege. Throughout their journey, we’ve seen them step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, develop new skills, overcome challenges, and form some truly special connections with our animals.

Every smile, every achievement and every certificate represents a story of resilience, courage, determination, and personal growth.

There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing a young person realise just how capable they are and this was one of those moments that reminded us exactly why we do what we do. Our hearts are so full of pride.

Congratulations! You should all be immensely proud of yourselves. Your hard work, commitment and determination have shone through and it has been an honour to be a small part of your journey.

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Presfield School & Specialist College for believing in the value of alternative learning experiences and for supporting your students every step of the way. Your encouragement and dedication make such a difference.
