Nobody really talks about this part.

The grief that comes with perimenopause. Not sadness exactly. More like a quiet mourning for the woman you used to be. The energy, the clarity, the body that felt like yours.

It's real. It deserves to be named. And it deserves to be supported properly.

In my clinic I see this all the time. Women who have been told they're depressed or anxious when actually they are grieving a transition that nobody prepared them for.

When we make space for that grief and start supporting the nervous system alongside it, something genuinely begins to shift. 🌿

I've been based on Marmion Road for a while now and what I love most about this community is how much we genuinely root for each other.

As AcuCare Clinic gets ready to open its doors in August I couldn't feel prouder to call this place home. Southsea really does have the best people. 🌿

This is what building your dream actually looks like. 😄

104 Marmion Road is getting the full Sahar treatment, paintbrushes, mops and all. Not quite what they teach you in acupuncture school but here we are.

We are getting so close now and I could not be more excited about what this space is going to become.
