✨ Something new and very exciting is coming soon to Southwell Massage… ✨

Today, Rowan is in Leicester for some exciting new training!

We’re completing a specialist course in pre and post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) — adding another treatment to our growing range at Southwell Massage.

🌿 So, what can MLD help with?

Pre-operative MLD can help support healthy lymphatic flow, encourage circulation and prepare the body ahead of surgery.

Post-operative MLD uses gentle, specialised techniques to support the lymphatic system and can help with fluid retention, swelling and feelings of congestion during the recovery process.

It can be a wonderful addition to a post-operative recovery plan, but treatment should always be undertaken with appropriate medical clearance and in accordance with your surgeon’s advice.

This new treatment will be available at Southwell Massage very soon!

We’ll be sharing more information, including when bookings open, very shortly — so keep your eyes peeled!
