📖 The Massage Man Diary

One thing I've noticed over the years is how quickly people adapt to discomfort.

A shoulder that feels a bit tight.

A back that's a little stiff in the morning.

A neck that always seems to be carrying tension.

Over time, these things can become so familiar that they start to feel normal.
But "normal" and "common" aren't always the same thing.

It's worth checking in with yourself occasionally and asking:

How am I actually feeling?

Struggling with a tight or aching back?

Here’s a simple tip you can try today 👇

👉 Sit tall in your chair
👉 Gently pull your shoulders back
👉 Slowly turn your upper body to one side
👉 Hold for 5–10 seconds
👉 Repeat on the other side

No forcing, no pain — just a gentle movement.

Doing this a couple of times a day can help ease stiffness and keep your back moving.
Most back pain I see isn’t from one big
injury…It’s from build-up of tension over time.

If your back’s been bothering you for a while, don’t just ignore it — it usually won’t fix itself.

🏅 London Landmarks Half Marathon – DONE! 🇬🇧

What a day in London! From running past some of the most iconic sights in the world to finishing strong with this medal in hand… absolutely loved every minute of it.

The atmosphere was incredible, crowds all the way round, and that buzz you only get on race day 🔥

Early start, long day, but 100% worth it.
Now time to refuel… and maybe put the feet up for a bit 😅
