Have you received your IVF dates and immediately wondered whether you should have started acupuncture weeks ago?

Please don’t add that worry to an already overwhelming process.

Some people begin acupuncture before IVF starts. Others first get in touch during down regulation, stimulation or while preparing for embryo transfer. There isn’t a set number of sessions you must complete and starting later doesn’t mean you’ve missed your opportunity for support.

Acupuncture cannot guarantee or control the outcome of IVF. What it can offer is a consistent place to pause, support relaxation and help ease some of the anxiety surrounding treatment.
