This independent assessment recognises excellence across patient safety, quality of care, patient experience, leadership, accessibility, workforce wellbeing and continuous improvement.

This achievement reflects the dedication, compassion and hard work of every member of our team at Beechfield, who work tirelessly every day to provide the best possible care for our patients and community.

We’re pleased to share that our Money Advice Connect Centre is now open and offering free support to local residents with budgeting, income maximisation and, where needed, debt advice through the main CMA hub.

Our service is completely unconditional and confidential. We’re here to listen, understand and support.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, inclusive and compassionate care for patients with learning disabilities and their families.

Achieving Gold status is a huge accomplishment and recognises the hard work, dedication and passion shown by our teams across the practice to continually improve services and reduce health inequalities within our community.
