I have been in the Health & Fitness industry for 5 years now and in that time have gained many qualifications including:
- Level 3 Personal Training Certificate
- Level 3 Exercise Referral
- Indoor Cycling CPD
- Kettlebell Instructor Course
- Nutritional Adviser Course
- First Aid Qualified

I specialise in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Functional Fitness, weight training and weight lo

ss in both males and females. Not only do I train people in these areas, but I enjoy partaking in them myself. When it comes to nutrition, I believe in a healthy, flexible lifestyle rather than a over-restrictive diet. So when it comes to writing a nutrition plan, I personalise them for my clients individual goals and lifestyle.

Another year gone since I decided to take the leap and work completely for myself, and time flys when you’re doing great things 🔥

When someone comes to have massage I believe they’re paying for you service and level of professionalism ✅

A client is most vulnerable when on the bed so never make them feel uncomfortable ❌

Stick to what you know and don’t use a spatula it doesn’t work.. trust me 😂

The picture shows you how out of line the hips were but we go there in the end 🙏

PERSONAL LIFE RECAP FOR 2025 🔥🤙

I turned 30 this year and said from the start that I will treat 2025 as if tomorrow wouldn’t come!

This is not a brag of ‘look at what I’ve done’ just a way of showing my memories of living this year to its fullest❤️

From a fitness point of view I’ve done 4 Hyrox’s, started BJJ (full steam ahead next year), a CrossFit Comp and 2 half marathons 🥵

Travelled to Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Centre Parcs and the Lake District 🌍

Don’t get me wrong though I saved literally nothing and worked a hell of a lot and next year will be about Nala, growing my business and learning new skills for it 🔥

2025 you’ve been incredible, 2026 bring it on 🤘

1000 MASSAGE MILESTONE IN 2025 🎉

Today my booking app gave me a little tap on the back to tell me that I’m on a 38% increase compared to last year 🔥

We’re growing and plans are in place for next year to keep my business growing but while maintaining QUALITY, because there’s a line where taking on too much it dips 😬

Don’t worry I’m way ahead of you on that one 🤙
