It’s a wonderful reminder of the incredible support they provide to people affected by cancer, and the difference one conversation can make.

When Esther was diagnosed with breast cancer, she faced one of the hardest times of her life feeling alone, far from family and without the support network so many of us rely on.

Having moved to the North East after the breakdown of her marriage, life felt incredibly isolating.

Then someone told her about Team Solan. That one conversation changed everything.

Today, Esther runs our Bishop Auckland Warrior Group, supporting others through the very journey she once faced herself. 💜

Her story is a reminder that no one should face cancer alone.
