For those frazzled adults after the kids go back to school. 1 day only! 30min discounted appointments for an upper or lower body massage which are perfect for a little reset, de-stress or to gift as a thank you for your child care providers after the long summer holidays. (P.s. everyone welcome, doesn't have to be anything to do with the holidays. These sessions are not suitable for injury assessment and the usual consultation form screening process applies before the session. These will be emailed prior to the day.

Soft tissue therapy is the assessment, treatment AND rehabilitation of minor and chronic soft tissue injuries. Exercise prescription is vital to encourage tissue adaptation, increase tolerance to loading and movement and build confidence to get back to meaningful activities.

Thinking ahead for those frazzled adults after the kids go back to school.
