Hello everyone, I’m the creator of this page, and this is a made-up charity for my college project.
I decided to base my page on the subject of mental health due to my past and current struggles on this subject, as well as knowing that many other people struggle. I know that when you’re in a dark place mentally, it can seem almost impossible to get out. I created this page as I want to show people that they are not alone and that there is help out there and people to talk to who will listen.
I also created this page to provide clear guidance and information on mental health and raise awareness, so people can gain a better understanding on the subject as there is so much misunderstanding, and such a negative stigma. As well as posting resources which those struggling can use to help.
I hope that one day people can freely talk about how they feel mentally and not be judged or stereotyped. But for now, I hope you enjoy my page, and remember this is a safe space.
