Back in Scotland after the most beautiful and unforgettable week in California training in the LEEF Method with Jason Allen and Paul Munroe🤍

I travelled there thinking I was going to learn a massage technique, but this experience became something so much deeper. It challenged me emotionally and mentally in ways I never expected. Being away from home for 8 days was incredibly hard at times, and there were moments I felt completely overwhelmed with homesickness, but I stayed, I pushed through and I’m so proud of myself for doing that.

What I experienced will stay with me forever. LEEF is so much more than massage. It’s connection, intention, presence, care and love in its purest form. It reminded me how powerful healing touch can really be when it comes from the heart.

And the people I shared this journey with made it even more special. The love, support, kindness, laughter and memories we shared are something I will carry with me for a lifetime. From deep conversations to being completely lost in translation half the time 😂 every moment meant so much. I truly feel so lucky to have met such beautiful souls and shared such a meaningful experience together ✨

It’s written all over my face in this photo… this has been one of the hardest goodbyes I’ve had to make 🤍 leaving my family, even for something so special, has brought up more emotion than I expected.

Right now I feel everything at once sadness, nerves, excitement… but underneath it all is such a deep sense of gratitude ✨

I’m on my way to California to train with Jason Allen, something I’ve dreamed about for a long time. And the truth is, I wouldn’t be able to do this without you…my clients 🤍

Going self-employed was a leap into the unknown. It felt scary, uncertain, and at times overwhelming. But you showed up for me. You trusted me with your time, your care, and your wellbeing. You recommended me, supported me, believed in me… and that’s the reason I’m here now, taking this step.

I don’t take that lightly. I carry every bit of your support with me 🤍

This trip means more than just training, it’s about growing, pushing myself, and becoming the best version of what I can offer. You deserve that.

So even through the tears today, my heart is full. Thank you for being part of this journey with me 🤍 I can’t wait to come back and pour everything I learn straight back into you ✨

The Cocoa Melt Ritual ✨

Indulge in the comforting warmth of chocolate with this deeply relaxing seasonal ritual designed to soothe both body and mind.

Your experience begins with gentle steam to the back, preparing the skin for a luxurious chocolate exfoliation that smooths and softens the skin. A self warming chocolate mask is then applied to the back, while you enjoy a calming lower leg massage using a nourishing cocoa oil massage candle 🧖‍♀️

Once the mask is removed, the ritual continues with a slow, flowing back massage using the warm cocoa oil massage candle to melt away tension 🕯️

This weekend was a gentle reminder of the power of slowing down…

I took my two little girls away for a little reset. We spent our day swimming, delicious food at my favourite restaurant, and a late night walk along the beach 🌙

Yesterday we headed back to my home town of Crail and spent more time soaking in the sunshine, walking by the sea and simply being present. These simple moments by the sea have a way of grounding you, calming the mind and resetting the body 🤍

We finished the day with a late night chippy before the drive home… and the universe even threw in a little surprise when I bumped into one of my favourite people an absolute true ray of sunshine ☀️

Feeling deeply grounded, grateful, and reset ✨
