I’m delighted to announce that I will be expanding my Sports Massage services. I am now offering appointments at The Rehab Hub on Thursdays and Saturdays, alongside my existing clinic at New Saints.

I’m really excited about this opportunity to help even more people with recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement in a fantastic new setting.

Due to an exciting new opportunity, I will be reducing my hours at New Saints. This means stopping the Thursdays and Saturdays. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday remains the same ⏰

Last week we had PCSO’s from the St Neots Policing Team (Policing Huntingdonshire) come down to our boxing project 🥊

It was great to have them along, chatting with the young people and helping to build positive relationships. Sessions like this help bridge the gap, creating trust and helping young people feel more comfortable engaging with the police in a positive environment.

Our boxing project is referral only, providing a supportive space for young people to build confidence, learn discipline, and feel part of something positive. 💙

LONDON MARATHON 2026 🧡🏃‍♂️

As a final year student physiotherapist at University of Hertfordshire, I had the opportunity to provide post event sports massage for the amazing runners of the MS Society UK 👏🏻

A massive well done to all the runners!!! It was such a lovely atmosphere, full of heart warming stories and record breaks 🧡

I recently had the honour working with SV Sports Therapy providing pre & post event massage for the runners at the Brentwood Half Marathon, with 100% of the donations going to charity✨
