**WE’RE HIRING: FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR**

We’re a family-run community care company, and our customers and care team are at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across Stafford and the surrounding areas.
This is a varied office and field-based role, so no two days will necessarily look the same.
You’ll be an important link between our office, care team, customers and their families, helping to make sure everyone feels supported, listened to and confident in the care we provide.
**What will you be doing?**
• Carrying out regular customer quality assurance visits and reviews
• Monitoring the quality and consistency of care being provided
• Building positive relationships with customers, families and care professionals
• Identifying and reporting any concerns relating to customers, care delivery or safeguarding
• Supporting care plan reviews and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Providing support, guidance and supervision to our Community Care Assistants
• Supporting new staff during their induction and shadowing period
• Monitoring staff performance and identifying training or development needs
• Promoting good communication, teamwork and professional standards
• Completing spot checks and quality monitoring visits
• Attending customer visits alongside care staff where appropriate
• Providing support to staff dealing with challenging or unexpected situations
• Assisting with covering care calls when necessary
• Participating in our on-call rota
• Supporting with CQC compliance, audits and quality assurance
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed correctly
• Reporting safeguarding concerns, incidents, accidents and complaints appropriately
**What we’re looking for**
We’re looking for someone who is caring, reliable and organised, with the confidence to support others and the ability to remain calm when things don’t quite go to plan.
You’ll need:
• Previous experience within a care or supervisory role
• NVQ/QCF 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience with medication administration
• A good understanding of person-centred care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, approachable and supportive manner
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and high standards of care
