After a 6 week break from my smart watch obsession, I have reintroduced it for some tracking. I miss telling the time, all my watch watches have run out of battery. So I'm wearing this occasionally and really trying to recognise my feelings towards it. If it feels too much, I'll take it off.

Indie's having a sleepover with my mum and neice, so we're enjoying some mummy and daughter time.

Nothing fancy, just wholesome conversations and holding hands (yes she's nearly 12 and holds my hand).

We also had the 'when can I call you mum?' Conversation... I'm not ready to be called mum yet. Let's stick to Mummy ๐Ÿ™

The nail shop is non stop. Women waiting hours for beautiful tips, yet no one* has time or money for investing in health.

Their first and last trip to the salon. Acrylics, I love and hate you. Yes they're cute. No, they're not worth it.

New builds are economical, but Christ. They're hot. Fan on, I'm staying here.

Watching the eclipse last night on our estate with our daughters and the neighbours was one of those wholesome, lovely moments where everyone comes together with no expectations, all hot and sticky, and sharing a moment in history. Generations of families watching the same spectacle, in awe.

Life's precious moments can be so simple. Grab them, capture them, cherish them.
