As the sun goes down on the longest day of sunlight - . I reflect back on what I have achieved today.

30 minutes run which was lovely this evening. It was nice to see quite a number of people out enjoying a walk.

Set my intentions for the next 90 days and 6 months, including

- increase what I offer, providing different options depending on time and money, eg , , , , , for businesses, ,

- give a go. I have the wetsuit. But let's go no wetsuit during the summer months

- spend at least one evening a week, on crafting/sewing activities.. I have some lovely dress patterns and also want to make beaded windchimes

- Book Christmas break away

🌱πŸ₯— Once upon a time, with my passion for both health and the well-being of the planet. As I have journeyed through life, I stumbled upon a hidden gem that would forever change the way that I nourish my bodies and cared for the environment: tempeh.

🌿 Tempeh, is a marvel of Indonesian cuisine, and quickly became the hero of my culinary adventures. Bursting with protein, fibre, and essential nutrients, it offers a delicious and nutritious alternative to meat. With each mouth-watering bite, I marvel at its rich, nutty flavour and satisfying texture, feeling energized and nourished from within.

πŸ’š But the magic of tempeh extended far beyond its nutritional profile. As I have delved deeper into its origins, I have discovered its remarkable environmental benefits. Unlike conventional meat production, which often came with a hefty ecological footprint, tempeh production required significantly fewer resources. With each serving of tempeh on the plate, I know that I am making a positive impact on the planet, one meal at a time.

🌍 Inspired by newfound love for tempeh and my commitment to sustainability, I embarked on a culinary journey unlike any other, experimenting with recipes and hosted tempeh-themed dinner parties that sparked joy and laughter. I have revelled in the joy of discovering innovative ways to incorporate tempeh into my daily meals, from hearty stir-fries to mouth-watering burgers and everything in between.

🌟 As I share my tempeh-filled creations with friends and family, I cannot help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction. Hello and welcome to and the official start to the .. I am up on the longest day of the year, sitting in the garden with a cuppa, listening to the birds morning song, watching the sunrise.

I love this day because it is a day where I
- Set new intentions for the rest of the year
- It's a time for a refresh. So I let go of what has not worked
- Recommit to making a meaningful change to ky life
- Decluter of one of my rooms in the house
- Challenge myself to take part in some different exercise activity
- Commit to 3 habit changes
- Readjust my daily routine

And finally. I love to plant seeds. As the grow into tall flowers. They will be a reminder of what I have committed to today.
