Let’s talk about a pattern that every small, premium business owner knows all too well.

Sometimes people send messages like, "Well, I used to pay £50 for 50 minutes somewhere else..." or they reach out months after a gift voucher has expired, asking me to make a "special exception" just for them.

It makes me reflect on how differently people treat big corporations versus independent, one-person businesses. No one walks into a high-end clinic and tries to negotiate the price. No one expects a big company to break their policies.

Having a good heart doesn't mean my business doesn't have standards. ⚖️
I see so many incredibly talented therapists out there who undervalue themselves. They set their rates dangerously low because they are terrified that nobody will book with them. But competing on being the "cheapest" is a race to the bottom.

When you book a treatment with me, you aren't just paying for "minutes on a clock." ⏱️❌
You are paying for my years spent at the university studying physiotherapy. You are paying for the endless hours spent on duty in hospitals. You are paying for the years spent in a different country, being rejected a million times just because "I don't fit, or my degree doesn't fit into the system they know." 😲😡
But did that make me stop? Did that make me give up?
NEVER.

I used that rejection to build something very special. But it cost me my health, a million tears, and endless hours of working on myself to get to where I am today.
So when you lie on my table, you are paying for that level of expertise, safety, and the life-changing results I bring directly into your home. I don't rush, I don't overbook, and I never compromise on quality.

Lately, I’ve been noticing so much negativity and judgment online. Even though I’ve been blessed with the most supportive community and haven't faced public hate myself, I see how much it affects people. It breaks my heart because I know that the fear of being judged is the #1 reason why so many talented people are terrified to start their own businesses.

I truly don’t understand why people can be so cruel sometimes. Why waste energy trying to dim someone else's light?

But if you look closely, the ones talking behind your back are always the ones doing the absolute least. 🗣️❌

Have you ever seen a millionaire, a truly successful entrepreneur, or someone working hard on their own dreams sitting in the comments section putting someone else down? Never. Why? Because people who are actually building something know exactly how brutal the beginning is. They know the sweat, the doubts, the physical setbacks, and the pure courage it takes to put yourself out there. They don't have time to hate—they are too busy cheering others on.

Critique and backstabbing almost always come from insecurity. It comes from people who are too scared to take action in their own lives, so they comment on yours.

Within my mobile therapy business, I chose to step out of my comfort zone, protect my energy, and show up for my clients with an unstoppable heart. If you are sitting out there today, holding back on your dreams because you're worried about what people will say behind your back... please, just start.

"𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣.” ✨

 Life has a way of forcing us to pause when we least expect it.

Within my business, I’ve always made it a strict rule never to rush. I never overbook, I never hurry between my lovely clients, and I always try to practice what I preach about protecting your peace.

But life outside of work? That’s a different story. Sometimes, all the other pieces of life—the endless responsibilities, the mental load, the daily pace—start speeding up so fast that you don't even notice the toll it's taking until your body draws a hard line.

A severe back issue completely stopped me in my tracks and kept me away from doing what I love for 3 whole weeks. Going from being constantly active to absolute stillness was a massive physical and mental challenge. Life can be so incredibly cruel and so beautiful at the exact same time.

I stepped back into work last Wednesday. I’m moving mindfully, pacing myself, and remembering that even when we think we are doing enough for ourselves—there is always room to do a little more.

Sometimes I wish I knew exactly what the universe was trying to say to me with this forced pause. But maybe that’s the true beauty of the process? Not having all the answers, but just trusting the journey and knowing that we are only human. 🕊️

My heart is so incredibly full after my first few days back with my wonderful clients! 🥰 Returning to physical work after 3 long weeks off was a massive challenge, but it feels so good to be on the move again.

𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮:

Our final adventure took us to Paradise Valley, and the name couldn't be more perfect. But as much as the views took my breath away, it was the people who truly touched my soul. 🇲🇦❤️

I found the Moroccan people to be incredibly friendly, with a positive mindset that is truly contagious. I was fascinated to learn how many of them speak such great English—most of them learned it just by watching movies, listening to music, and chatting with us tourists! 🎥🎶

Morocco is a country of contrasts—it may be poor in some ways, but it is so rich in spirit. The way people support each other here is the real beauty of this place. 🤝✨

I wish everyone on this planet could share this kind of positive mindset, regardless of their circumstances. If we all supported each other the way they do here, the world would be a much better place.

Thank you, Morocco, for the lessons, the laughter, and the love. I’m bringing a piece of this magic back home with me. 🔋🧘‍♀️👐

They say you need a 'healing touch' for this job, but it turns out I have a 'lucky touch' too! Today was all about the deep blue, fresh fruit, and that incredible Moroccan sunshine. ☀️🛳️

Bringing all this good energy back to the clinic next week.

We set out for a calm city tour

of Agadir, but the universe had other plans. One wrong turn (and one very wrong bus later), we ended up in the middle of the desert!

Instead of museums, we got sand dunes. Instead of walking tours, we got sandboarding and camels. 🐪🛹😂

As a therapist, I’m always telling my clients to 'go with the flow,' and today, I had to practice what I preach. It turned out to be the highlight of the trip! 🧘‍♀️✨
