🌞 A Tradition That Brings Us Together 🌞
Every year, in the lead-up to International Yoga Day, our yoga community comes together for a simple challenge: a daily Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) practice.
What I love most isn't the number of rounds we complete—it's the community spirit behind it. Seeing people encourage one another, celebrate small wins, and return to their mats day after day is truly inspiring.
As both a Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher, my approach is about helping people move with confidence and awareness. Before we explore any posture, we prepare the body with appropriate warm-ups, mobility drills, and breathing practices. We learn how to coordinate movement with breath, understand alignment principles, and most importantly, adapt the practice to suit the individual.
Yoga isn't about forcing yourself into a shape. It's about working with the body you have today.
In every class you'll find:
😇Options and modifications
😇 A focus on breathing and body awareness
😇 A welcoming, non-judgemental environment
😇 Space to move at your own pace
Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, ease stiffness, support your wellbeing, or simply carve out an hour for yourself, you're welcome to join us.
Because yoga isn't about being the best in the room—it's about feeling better when you leave than when you arrived. 💛
If you've been thinking about trying yoga, this might be the perfect time to start.
