Tonight the sky gives us the Strawberry Moon 🍓🌕 — the year's last full moon before summer truly settles in.
It's a fitting night to think about release. Just like the moon pulls the tides, tension builds in the body until something lets it go. Whether it's tight shoulders from desk work, post-training soreness, or just the weight of a full week — let tonight be the excuse to finally soften.
A full moon is traditionally a time of culmination and letting go. Pair that energy with bodywork and you've got the perfect reset: massage or reflexology to release what's physically held, reiki or sound healing therapies to settle what's mentally carried.
